control a single cue with midi

is there a way to control a single cue with a midi note?

i would like to control some cues with ableton live but it is not a regular sequence of cues

i'd like to change cues order by playing with midi note in live

In the Setup window's MIDI tab, create a new action by clicking the + button. By default it will respond to a note-on trigger. You'll see "on-60" in the trigger column. 60 is the note number.

From the combo-box for the Action Command column of the table, click on the arrows and select "GO".

Click once on the text "GO" to edit it. (Double-click does not work with MacOS 10.13)

Change "GO" to "GO:n" where "n" is replaced with the cue you want to execute with the trigger note.
