There's a couple of new videos on YouTube showing the public beta of LXFree for Java's Pro Features. In both videos, LXFree for Java is running on a Raspberry Pi along with LXConsole for Python. In the first video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ann9e6xYNSM , LXConsole runs a light cue simulating moving lights fading on and moving. The animation is not as smooth as on a faster computer. But, even the Pi is capable of showing the beams in response to the DMX output from LXConsole. In the second video, http://youtu.be/QTT_KIL16Vg , a light fades up live on stage--controlled by the Pi through Art-Net--while LXFree for Java also shows a rendering of the beam fading on.

LXFree for Java v1.2 includes a public beta of its Pro Features. Go to View->Options and click "Manage Pro Features" to enable the beta. The Pro Features beta is for testing purposes only "Beta" Pro Features may not function completely or correctly. The Pro Features beta will only be available while it is being actively tested and requires an internet connection for authorization

Many of the newest enhancements added with Pro Features are found in the beam controls window. This window is available from the view menu only if Pro Features are enabled.
