What does altering the frequency in LED lamp do? what about altering its duty cycle? i thought altering its duty cycle is also altering the 'blink' of the LED lamp. but then, what does altering the frequency do? the experiment is conducted using signal generator, LED lamp, resistor, and oscilloscope.
