Is it usefull to upgrade my old power book G4 to OS 10.4
or can I just as well work with OS 10.3.9
And where can I find the LXFree software to use with 10.3.9?

The download links you receive by email include a 10.3.9 version. The 10.3.9 version is mostly the same. But some things are not available such as printed headers on reports.
