No artnet over wifi.
I have an Enttec ODE connected in my wifinet. Its found and reacts at artnet if its sent from the NMU (node management unit) But when LXConsole, connected to that same wifi tries to send to the same ip address, subnet and universe, nothing happens. What am I missing here? http://www.distingo.nu/bild...

And I had this other strange problem today... Ive built a solid wall in 3d, its white, 6 meters high 4 meters wide. The thickness is 5 cm When I put lamps on pipes behind it, lighting up another 3d object, my back wall, they shine through this first covering wall in a strange and pretty unpredictabl...

The model window does behave somewhat different in LX Beams Version 4.1.0 (10102.1). On Yosemite 10.10.3 (14D136) There is this requirement of activation, which is new and pretty strange. But there´s also something going on in the advanced settings. Guess the problem is that Im not advanced :-) But ...

Hi Mark
Im also a happy owner of Lemur which is so very much prettier than TouchOSC and it does have some really fun functions. However Ive never had time to get it to go with LXConsole. If i ever do find the time I will not be using the Osculator rather go with straight OSC commands only. I try to avoid ma...

Remember settings for "sharing" in LXBeams.
Ive managed to make LXConsole exchange data with LXBeams via OSC and am very pleased with myself :-) You see Im really allergic to most network things and tend to get pretty frustrated about them. But thanks to good support I actually managed quite well and with no tears shed. But Id like LXBeams to...

Par beams in Model window
Im running LXBeams Version 4.0.2 (10005.1) Rotating the filaments in par can beams works nicely in my plot. But this will have no effect in the modelwindow though. There all pars are perfectly round. Or in some cases, depending on how they are focused, not all of the beam gets properly rendered in t...

Editing locked items
I noted today that I can change colours, stroke width and style on locked items and I can also Group our Ungroup locked items.
I guess thats not supposed to be possible, or is it?
I tried this in LXFree Version 4.0.2 (10007.1)
and LXBeams Version 4.0.2 (10005.1)

Im running LXBeams Version 3.9.10 (9815.1) and Lxconsole Version 3.7.2 (8424.1) in OSX Yosemite 10.10.2 --- There seems to be no way I can make the values in LXConsole continuously update the beams in LXBeams. - I want to show a smooth crossfade in the model window, but just cant do it anymore... Iv...

Visualizing colourchanges in LXBeams
I´ve made a plot with two custom symbols. One RGB LED and one RGBW LED. Now when I tell LXBEAMS to listen to DMX from LXConsole and show the beams. The symbol for RGB-mixing nicely updates its colours in the plot, but the RGBW doesnt. It stays white, no matter what I do. I guess its some kind of mis...

Now running Version 3.7.2 (8424.1) in OSX 10.10.1 (14B25) The problem is gone and I cant reproduce it. :D - But something has happened in OSX I guess. I can only connect to my Enttec ODE using USB to ethernet. My Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapters don't work at all anymore. But who cares, as long as i...
