Layers

Just a suggestion for turning layers on and off. Would it be clearer and faster if the layer switching were by something like radio buttons? Sometimes I find the two step action of clicking the drop down menu and selecting the option a bit cumbersome. I admit the panel would not look as nice but mig...

Layout curved positions

I have some curved lines converted to positions to represent FOH positions. The layout from centre function does not seem to work and the instrument locations only appear as laid out from the start position. How do I get the instrument schedule to correctly report the instrument location from centre?

Ahh, I see. If I had only had my layers tab open I might have seen that. Pity that option/shift doesn't turn them all back on again. Is there a key stroke function to get all layers turned back on? Option / arrow just seems to cycle through them one at a time without getting them all back on again.

Scary function

Accidentally hit option / arrow left and all my carefully prepared lighting drawing disappeared from the screen just leaving the background pdf of the set. Eventually discovered, after several very nervous moments, that option / arrow right brought it back again. Is this a documented and intended ke...

focus

A feature request - is it possible to shift the focus functions to something like a floating window so that it is more accessible. Or re-arrange the Beams info panel so that it includes all the focus functions. Keyboard shortcuts are OK but when you are dealing with lots of different apps my brain g...

OK - thanks, I get it now. Just the centre line is what is behaving as a position which is why I don't see the rest of the truss in the section.

Info field placement

The info fields for components do not seem to respond in the same ways as normal lighting bars. I am using the ML truss component in my copy of LxBeams Version 4.6.0 (11124.2). The option select function does not work to select the info field. When I do manage to select and move the field to the des...

Perhaps a "home" and a "clear" function in the beam scripts. Home is there already in the "set focus to down" function, clear could remove all beam functions - LED mixes etc, so "create beam" simply gives intensity to the instrument.

OK. Seems to work now with the RGBW values deleted. I was sure I had tried that but maybe it still had other glitches. Why did the duplicated instrument set it's RGBW values to zero when the Aura from which it was copied had no values set. Thanks for the clarification about degrees on the pan and ti...

I don't see the beam in the front or side section views either. I tried setting the focus to straight down and the focus height to zero but this does not work either. I tried directly setting pan and tilt to 50/50 and that did not work and curiously this process then set the focus height to 0.96m. T...
