thanks for getting back to me! Your answer totally makes sense, I will try to look into the code to implement it to output more than one universe. I have successfully managed to control one RGB LED addressable strip using your library, and was keen to start experimenting controlling 2 strips or more...

MIDI notes to control different cues
Hi all, I was wondering if there is a way to associate a MIDI note to specific cues (or submasters)? for example: MIDI note 62 = GO cue 1 MIDI note 63 = GO cue 2 MIDI note 64 = GO cue 3 etc.. I am successfully controlling the GO button by sending a MIDI note, and that was very straight forward, but ...

Thanks heaps for navigating me to the download page. I haven't received a link to my licence e-mail, but have found the page following your instructions. I have installed the latest build and the colour count report with fixture name works perfectly. Huge time saver for me :) thanks again for the pr...

Request: fixture type in Color Count report
Hi everybody, I was wondering if it would be possible to add a column in the Color Count report, specifying the fixture type, and not only the frame size? In the majority of the venue I work in (Sydney NSW), the electricians will know the size of the gel cut by mentioning the name of the fixture, bu...

clear beams keyboard shortcut not working on LxBeams 5.0.0 ?
Hi all, it appears that the short cut SHIFT + command + DELETE is not working on LxBeams 5? or am i typing the wrong key stroke? I am using the "clear beams" function a lot, and found the keyboard shortcut to be useful. I am using LxBeams 5.0.0 on macBookAir OSX 10.11.6 anybody else with a...

Thanks for explaining that. It's a very polished way of adding key legend and project title/info. I had the impression that I was using LxBeams at 10 or 20% of its full capacity, but it's becoming more and more evident that it's probably more like 1 or 2%. The more I dig into it, the more gems I find.

changing text field style - hexagon
Hi all, I have been looking at the wda_dtw.lxxplot example file. I really like the way the channel numbers are drawn within an hexagon, it makes the channel numbering very readable on mid-large lighting plans. I had a look in the forum and the manual, and I understand that the answer is somewhere ar...

Adding a Key and Legend in LxBeams
Hi all, I was wondering what is the best designing practice for adding a key and legend in LxBeams? I am very happy about the way the software generates reports, but what I am looking for, it's a way to add to my lighting plan a key and legend, that the lighting crew can refer to when installing the...

Hi Claude, I have just tested your sketch and it worked pretty much first go! I have implemented your code with few lines here and there, only on the Midibus side of things. I have a BCR2000 connected has MIDI controller, and my eDMX1 pro connected to my router. This is the print out I am getting wh...
